Ebsynth is an artificial intelligence-based video animation-style conversion tool, co-developed by the Czech Technical University in Prague and Adobe. This free tool, only 13.5MB in size, can easily convert video footage into various "animation" styles you desire in just a few steps. It can be used for multiple image synthesis tasks, such as guided texture synthesis, artistic style transfer, content-aware inpainting, and super-resolution.

Ebsynth applies the style of one or more manually generated keyframes to each frame of the video, thereby completing the style transfer of the entire video. Simply select a few images from a video, change them to the style you want, input them into the program, and the entire video can be transformed into the painting style you desire.
