Why does this tutorial exist?

I've been studying prompt engineering recently and found that most tutorials are in English. The content is excellent, but as a beginner, I found them somewhat challenging to read. That inspired me to write my own tutorial, using the approach of learning by teaching — forcing myself to deepen my understanding through writing.
