ARC Lab is an image processing website that currently offers three main features: portrait restoration, portrait matting, and anime enhancement, all of which are completely free.

Portrait Restoration

It can take blurry portrait photos and use Tencent's pre-trained models to perform super-resolution restoration (by the way, my roommate used to research this area).

Portrait Matting

This feature is very similar to the new functionality recently added in iOS.

Anime Enhancement

My understanding of this feature is that it's similar to the first one, portrait restoration, falling under the category of image super-resolution, but it's specifically targeted at anime images for better processing results. Among the models mentioned above, I feel the first one delivers relatively better results.
