News Minimalist: Trending News Aggregator 90

What is News Minimalist?

News Minimalist is a trending news aggregation tool developed by Vadim, an independent software engineer based in Vancouver, Canada. Using GPT-4 technology, it automatically reads and evaluates approximately 30,000 news articles every day, assigning each one a score from 0 to 10 based on its importance. News Minimalist helps users filter out truly important and valuable content from the massive volume of news, avoiding the distraction of trivial or low-quality information.

Features of News Minimalist

• News Filtering and Scoring: By analyzing seven factors—size, impact, novelty, potential, legacy, positivity, and credibility—News Minimalist provides a comprehensive importance score. News scoring 5 or above typically covers events with a significant impact on the world.

• Multilingual News Collection: To provide a global perspective, news is collected across the 12 most commonly used languages.

• Customization: Users can choose to subscribe to all news or customize subscriptions by category. In addition, it supports personalized RSS customization to avoid clickbait headlines.

• Free and Paid Versions: The basic news feed is free, primarily delivered via RSS, covering news with importance scores above 5.5. The paid version offers more personalized services, including selecting news categories and countries, blocking keywords, and accessing non-trending news.

How to Use News Minimalist

• Newsletter Subscription: Users can subscribe to the weekly newsletter to receive the most important news, typically 2-3 emails per week covering about 10 major news items.

• Website Browsing: Users can also visit the News Minimalist website directly to view all analyzed news along with their scores.
