Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why are "daily download" limits imposed?

A: The "daily download" limit is imposed to prevent resources from being maliciously scraped and to encourage users to be active within the site. LV0 new users can download 3 free resources per day, which is sufficient for daily needs because PPT is not a high-frequency download material. By being active on the site, users can quickly level up and increase their download limits. We hope users will use the website more, not just download resources.

Q: Why do downloads using points count toward the "daily download limit"?

A: Downloads using points count toward the "daily download limit" because earning points is very easy. Users can get 5-10 points daily by signing in, and even more points by completing tasks, while most free templates only cost 30 points. By actively participating in site activities, users can easily achieve "points freedom," which is itself nearly free.
