Stability ai launches StableCode, a large language model for code generation.

StableCode is built on top of GPT-NeoX and pre-trained using the BigCode dataset, extended to include multiple programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, C, Markdown, and C++, totaling 560 billion tokens. The model is refined through instruction models and specific application examples to tackle complex programming tasks.

The release of StableCode will enable people from various backgrounds to more easily use artificial intelligence to generate code, solve everyday problems, and improve quality of life.
