Next, let's talk about video production. For video production, the main tool we use is CapCut (Jianying).

First, find a 9:16 vertical dynamic video material suitable for TikTok. Then open CapCut and import two identical real-person photos. At the bottom of CapCut, there is a background option. After entering it, you will see a canvas blur option.

Just select the second effect and apply it globally. Add a picture-in-picture at the beginning of the second photo. Import the video material you selected at the very beginning, then click on "Variable" in the blend mode.

Next, you can import some solid-color images, then select the "Multiply" blend mode. Click on the image and then click on the mask in the middle. Choose the circular mask template from here.

Adjust the size of the circular frame. It only needs to enclose the person. As we mentioned, use your finger to hold the frame and pull out the bottom arrow to create a slight feathered effect. Then you can select the second photo, click on the "TikTok Effects" option below, and add this cartoon effect. Once you click it, you will see the photo turn into a cartoon-styled version.

You can also add a white fade transition between the two photos. Finally, import the background music and you're done.

For the vast majority of people, the hardest part of this project is the video production. If you have some basic skills, it's very easy to get started.
