What is XianyuAutoAgent?

XianyuAutoAgent is an intelligent customer service bot system designed specifically for the Xianyu platform. It leverages AI to provide 7×24 automated attendance on the Xianyu platform, capable of automatically replying to user messages, handling negotiation requests, providing technical support, and supporting multi-expert collaborative decision-making as well as context-aware conversations. It makes shop management easier for us.

Installation Steps

1. Clone the Repository

2. Install Dependencies

pip install -r requirements.txt

3. Configure Environment Variables

Create a .env file containing the following content:

COOKIES_STR=your_cookies_here

4. Create Prompt Files

Edit the prompt files in the prompts directory, including:

classify_prompt.txt: Intent classification prompt.

price_prompt.txt: Price expert prompt.

tech_prompt.txt: Technical expert prompt.

default_prompt.txt: Default reply prompt.

5. Run the Main Program
