Here, government, enterprises, communities, and independent individuals interact across boundaries, sparking innovative products and models, and leading the development trend of future cultural and creative industries. Please design an IP image with a compelling story for the official;

1. Model Track Shortlist Selection:
Before the event ends, creators ranked in the top 60% by number of unique posts will be shortlisted
Selection criteria after shortlisting:
Theme Relevance (30%): Very high relevance to the assigned theme
Model Quality and Detail (30%): Models with stable quality output, excellent generalization, and strong discrimination of prompts
Virality (20%): Number of unique posters using the model
Creativity (20%): Unique creativity, refined and excellent art style, with scarcity value
2. Image Generation Track Shortlist Selection:
Before the event ends, works with 5 or more likes will be shortlisted
Selection criteria after shortlisting:
Theme Relevance (30%): High relevance to the assigned theme, fully restoring theme requirements
Image Quality (30%): Rich image quality and detail, good composition and color tension
Virality (20%): Combined likes and invitation-based new user acquisitions
Creativity (20%): Unique creativity, refined and excellent art style, with scarcity value
